Follow-up Sessions include: Brainstorming; Identifying short-term goals and creating or revising best ways to realize them; Working through interpersonal and career-related melodramas (role play is a crucial tool)—it’s all about meeting your needs based on your potential + where you’re at now vs. where you want to be.

And the best part? Follow-Up Sessions never expire and, unlike traditional psychotherapy, can be scheduled entirely at the Client’s discretion. Want a Session every 2 weeks? No problem. Prefer a monthly check-in? That’s cool too! Whatever works to get you feeling more like, well, you.
